Our services include airport transfers, local city travel, outstation trips, corporate transportation, sightseeing, and customized travel solutions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or other authorized communication channels.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact details, travel dates, pickup location, destination, and passenger information while making a booking.
  • Travel Tribe Tours & Travels reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Rental charges are based on the selected vehicle, travel distance, duration, route, and applicable taxes.
  • Toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, permits, and driver allowances (where applicable) may be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings.
  • The remaining amount, if any, must be paid before or at the completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing, vehicle allocation, and operational costs already incurred.
  • No refund may be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of the booked service.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Treat the vehicle respectfully and responsibly.
  • Follow all applicable laws and safety regulations during the journey.
  • Avoid carrying prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or dangerous materials inside the vehicle.
  • Ensure children are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse.

6. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • All our drivers are professionally trained and licensed.
  • Driver working hours shall comply with applicable safety standards.
  • Requests requiring excessive driving hours may require additional driver charges or overnight halts.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • Vehicle allocation is subject to operational availability. In unavoidable circumstances, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided.

7. Delays & Service Interruptions

Travel Tribe Tours & Travels is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Mechanical breakdowns beyond reasonable control
  • Natural disasters
  • Public events or emergencies

We will make every reasonable effort to minimize inconvenience and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

8. Luggage

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Please ensure luggage fits within the selected vehicle’s capacity.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle after the journey.

9. Safety

Passenger safety is our priority.

All passengers are expected to:

  • Wear seat belts where available.
  • Follow driver instructions during the journey.
  • Avoid any behaviour that may distract the driver or compromise safety.

We reserve the right to terminate the trip without refund if passenger behaviour threatens the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

10. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.

11. Intellectual Property
